The Sculptor

Holly has a passion for sculpture that is equalled by her love of the countryside.

Holly trained at The Hungarian School of Art, where she was exposed to a classical education with a strong grounding in anatomy before returning home to set up her studio in the heart of the Hampshire countryside. Here Holly works on public and private commissions alongside her own practice. She often finds inspiration from the wildlife surrounding her whilst frequently returning to the subject of the horse. Holly strives to find the essence of her subject, to create a felt response through a continual dialogue between form, material and subject.

Holly works alongside a highly skilled team to create large scale sculpture, using the renowned Morris Singer foundry to cast her work in bronze.

“To find something as intangible as the soul is a fascinating conundrum…this will always fuel my work.”
