Reach
Holly sculpted this series of galloping horses in the winter of 2023. She worked from sketches and photographs gathered from days watching the racing alongside the wealth of information found in the works of 19th century photographer Edward Muybridge. Holly’s energetic handling of the material captures the energy and feeling of the horse at full gallop.
